Construction Precautions
Before construction, check the water stop for any damage. Sufficient vibration must be applied during pouring to prevent poor bonding between the water stop and concrete, which could affect the water stop's effectiveness. The joints of the water stop must be firmly bonded, and if conditions permit, hot sulfur joints can be used.
